Role Description The Academic Manager (School Ops + EdTech) is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees academic operations for partner schools, ensuring effective implementation and integration of Next Education’s edtech solutions and curricula. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with school leadership and teaching staff, monitoring academic processes, and supporting the adoption of the Next Learning Platform and related products.

The Academic

Manager will review and analyze academic performance data,



guide schools on curriculum planning and classroom implementation, and facilitate training sessions and workshops for educators. The role also involves resolving operational issues, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and providing feedback to internal product and content teams to improve solutions and services.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Educational Management and Education, with experience managing academic operations in K–12 schools or edtech environments.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including aligning content and assessments with educational standards and school requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with school leaders, teachers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret academic and operational data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Experience with edtech platforms, school information systems, or SaaS-based education solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field; teacher training or school leadership experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple schools or projects, and travel to partner institutions as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a learner-centric mindset focused on quality and equity in education.
