nJob Summary
nThe Salesforce Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.

- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (planning, design, build, test, deploy, and support)n
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during Salesforce projectsn
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsn
- Lead and mentor Salesforce administratorsn
- Manage implementation timelines, scope, risks, and dependenciesn
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standardsn
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and system testingn
- Coordinate with third-party and internal vendorsn




- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change managementn
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce solutions post-launchn

nRequirements

- n
- 9-12 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or as Salesforce Consultantn
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferredn
- Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutionsn
- Solid knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines requiredn
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are requiredn
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessaryn
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core
