NRole Overview
nTheVice President – Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth across one or more strategic business segments or portfolios within Softcell. The role is customer-facing and execution-oriented, with ownership spanning revenue growth, GTM execution, OEM alignment, and senior stakeholder engagement.




NThis position requires a solid understanding of the Indian enterprise market, experience in complex solution sales, and the ability to work closely with internal delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams to convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for assigned customer segments, regions, or solution portfolios. N
Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and deal execution in line with agreed business targets. N
Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers at enterprise and institutional customers to understand requirements and position relevant solutions. N
Work closely with OEM partners to align field execution, joint pursuits, and partner-led initiatives. N
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer satisfaction. N
