7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experiencen
Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating outstanding end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devicesn




Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexityn
Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in naturen
Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deepn
Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools Preferred qualificationsn
Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processesn
Master's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master's degreen
Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferredn
Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scalen
