Responsibilities
Source delivery executive candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, educational institutions, and local networks.
Screen candidates and verify basic eligibility criteria.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
Track candidate progress through to successful joining.
