We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to handle field sales and develop business with retailers in the assigned market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting shops and retailers, pitching products, generating current business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The role involves shop-to-shop sales, retailer visits, product demonstrations and pitching, lead generation, follow-ups, order collection, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new retailers. The candidate should be confident in approaching current customers and have solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Candidates with prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or dealing with retailers will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable with regular field visits across Navi Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
