Run outbound cold outreach campaigns to PR specialists, communications managers, and executives to pitch sponsored interview and guest post placements.
Triage and respond to inbound pitches, evaluating fit and routing them to the correct publication (ITTech Pulse, MarTech Pulse, FinTech Pulse, HRTech Pulse).
Draft and send outreach, follow-up, and counter-offer emails in a plain, conversational, editorial tone (not sales-heavy).
Maintain and update outreach/SDR trackers, keeping lead status, follow-ups, and closed placements current.
Coordinate with the editorial team to move confirmed placements from pitch to publish (topic briefs, guidelines, bios).
Support pricing and media-kit conversations with prospective sponsors and PR contacts.
Report weekly progress on leads contacted, responses, placements closed to the stake holder.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
