Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification: ITI Fitter / Fabrication / Assembly
1. Minimum 2 years in fabrication and fitting operations (with ITI).
2. OR 5 years of relevant fabrication experience (without ITI).
3. Skilled in reading fabrication drawings, welding symbols.
4. Knowledge of tools and equipment used in fabrication (gas cutting set, grinders, measuring instruments, hand tools).
5. Must know secure material handling practices and use of lifting tools/equipment.
6. Ability to work with welders, machinists, and other shop floor teams to complete the tasks.
7. Good problem-solving skills to resolve dimensional issues.
8. Knowledge of safety standards in fabrication and welding settings.
