Key Responsibilities:
Counsel candidates regarding training programs and placement prospects.
Handle walk-in candidates and respond to enquiries.
Guide candidates through the registration process.
Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain accurate candidate records.
Coordinate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust counselling and convincing abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
