Job Role

We are looking for a Telecaller – Service to handle customer service calls, coordinate service requests, follow up with engineers, and maintain service-related records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and attend customer service calls and complaints.
Register and maintain service requests/tickets with accurate details.
Coordinate with field engineers for site visits and service assignments.
Follow up with engineers regarding ticket status, visit schedules, and case closure.
Update customers regarding engineer visits and service progress.
Coordinate for spare parts requirements, quotations, approvals, and service completion.
Maintain daily service records and prepare service status reports.
Follow up with customers for service reports, approvals, and pending requirements.
Maintain proper records of open, pending, and closed service cases.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets related to service calls, engineer schedules, and pending cases.
Handle service-related communication through Email and WhatsApp professionally.
Coordinate with the billing/accounts team for completed service calls and billing requirements.




Escalate critical or delayed service cases to the concerned senior/team member.
Perform other service coordination activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills
Good communication and telephone handling skills.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to prepare and maintain service reports and data records.
Good knowledge of Email communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and engineers.
Ability to manage multiple service requests and follow up regularly.
Knowledge of IT hardware/services will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Service Coordination, or a similar role.
Freshers with positive communication and computer skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, polite, proactive, and valuable at follow-up, with the ability to coordinate between customers, engineers, and internal teams.

Pay: ₹8,660.74 - ₹17,000.00 per month
