About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales activities. The role requires good communication, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects.
Explain company services and support sales activities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and service delivery.
Maintain customer details, sales records, and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.
Ensure timely and professional customer communication.





Requirements
Job Location at Pondicherry.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
