Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
Maintain proper patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and other documentation.
Monitor patients for any change in condition and immediately report abnormalities to the doctor/senior nurse.
Handle and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
Maintain infection-control and aseptic practices.
Ensure proper care and handling of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the patient-care area.
Provide patient and attendant education regarding medication, diet, hygiene,



treatment, and discharge instructions.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
Ensure proper shift handover and continuity of patient care.
Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient-safety protocols.

Requirements
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Valid nursing registration.
Freshers can apply; relevant hospital experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of emergency care, infection control, and patient safety.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Compassionate, attentive, and patient-focused approach.
