Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy and business plan.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new markets, customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, margins, and profitability.
Develop effective sales channels and distribution networks.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance reviews.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Production teams.
Handle key negotiations, major accounts, and important business partnerships.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Recruit, train, and develop sales executives and managers.




Implement performance management and incentive plans for the sales team.
Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
