Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Provide hardware and desktop support to users.
Install and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and surveillance systems.
Support installation and maintenance of biometric attendance systems and access control systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and system-related issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system checks.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support when required.
Maintain records of equipment, installations, repairs, and service activities.
Travel to client/field locations for installation and troubleshooting.
Follow IT security, safety, and company procedures.

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in CCTV Installation
Basic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras,



biometric and access control systems.
Understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and structured cabling.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently at client/field locations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
IT/Computer Hardware certification or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field will be preferred.

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Working Days: Mon- Sat

Time: 10 am - 7 pm
