Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinate with customer for current and existing projects
Responsible for handling Customer Query /Create Lead Generation & sales over the phone.
Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company
Resolving queries and issues related to the product and services.
To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
Inbound & Outbound Voice Process calling.
Ensure collection target delivery decided by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Customer convincing ability.
Work experience as Customer Care, Tele caller, collection or recovery agent, tele sales or a similar role.
Customer service orientation & Learning & communication skills.
Basic Computer knowledge.
