SPC & Process Capability study
Solid Problem solving skill e.g. 8D, Shainin etc.
Proficient with Analytical Quality tools
Proficient with IATF Core tools (PFMEA, Control plan)
Robust Knowldege of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality systems
Proficient Comunication skill
Desirable:
Experience in Automotive part quality
Knowledge of Braking system in 4 wheelers
Certified IATF Auditor
Exposure of VDA6.3 Audit system
Risk based thinking
Good Presentation skill
Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical / Production )
