About the Role:
We are seeking a competent and industry-aligned Faculty member in Healthcare Administration to deliver high-impact academic sessions, mentor students, and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training in Healthcare Administration, Medical Documentation, and Hospital Operations
Design and update curriculum aligned with current industry standards
Conduct case-based learning sessions, workshops, and practical modules
Mentor students for internships, placements, and career development
Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare partners for academic integration
Support academic operations including assessments, reporting, and academic audits
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA (Hospital/Healthcare Management) or MHA from a recognized institution
1–3 years of experience in teaching or healthcare industry (Hospitals / Medical BPO / Administration)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Practical exposure to hospital workflows, NABH standards, or medical documentation is an added advantage
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in training medical scribes / hospital administration students
Exposure to placement training or industry coordination
Ability to handle hybrid roles (academic + operational support)
