Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing,
Candidate screening, and selection as per seniors chart
Oversee onboarding and maintain employee documentation.
Support day-to-day HR activities and tasks.
Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing firm
Preference for candidates with experience in engineering recruitment.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
