Develop new customers and business opportunities for wiring harness and cable assembly products.
Identify and approach OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, automotive, appliance, electrical and industrial customers.
Generate enquiries through customer visits, references, market research and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat/additional business.
Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, drawings, BOMs and technical specifications.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase and PPC for feasibility, costing, quotations and delivery commitments.
Prepare and submit competitive quotations and follow up for enquiry-to-order conversion.
Support pricing, commercial negotiations, cost reduction and annual price revisions.
Coordinate customer samples, prototype development, approvals and current product development.
Monitor customer orders,



production status, dispatches and delivery commitments.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, enquiry/quotation status and sales MIS.
Coordinate with Quality and Production for timely resolution and closure of customer complaints.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments in coordination with Accounts.
Conduct regular customer visits and identify future requirements and potential business prospects.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities and current applications for wiring harness products.
