Job Responsibilities
Attend and handle guest calls for restaurant reservations.
Take booking details and update reservations on the portal.
Coordinate with guests regarding reservations, timings and queries.
Coordinate with the restaurant team for smooth handling of bookings.
Maintain proper reservation records and follow up with guests when required.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Polite and qualified manner while speaking with guests.
Ability to handle calls and manage multiple reservations.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
