The role requires strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

· Coordinate with Operations, HR,IT,LIASON ,AFTER SALES, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

· Purchase Department: Coordinating with the management for purchase approvals.

· CRE Department: Handling and resolving customer related escalation to the management.

· After Sales & Home care Department: Monitoring the team performance and resolve issues that may arise in a timely manner.

· Legal: Legal coordination with the empanelled lawyer.

· IT Department: Full control of IT related assets and resolving software related issues and AMC monitoring.

· Liaisoning Activities: Resolving issues related to Liaisoning by interacting with Government officials for obtaining government related approvals. Liaisoning related fees monitoring and approvals.

· Subordinate Duties Monitoring : All task related , DAR related and SOP related guidelines to be monitored by CAO

· Coordinating with the management for departmental pending approvals. Reporting issues identified to the management.



Schedule meetings with all departments as per meeting agenda.

Preferred Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, project follow-up, or a related field.
Candidates with experience working closely with management and multiple departments will be preferred.
