We are looking for a skilled Tax Qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including 2 years in US taxation, to manage the preparation, review, and filing of individual and business tax returns. The role requires expertise in US tax laws, robust knowledge of tax software like Ultratax, Drake, or similar, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools such as QuickBooks and NetSuite. Candidates with experience in preparing 1040s, 1120s, and other tax forms, and the ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines, are highly preferred.

Responsibility
You will be responsible for preparation, review and filing of Individual and business tax returns in
tax tools along with preparation of state tax returns, ancillary workpapers, calculations and
managing documents pertaining to Tax returns.




Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience including 2 years in US Taxation mandatory.
Solid knowledge of US Tax Laws, regulations and compliance
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team worker, Proactive in learning and executing assigned deliverables.
Adherence to Strict regulatory deadlines
If possible, try to source candidates from Big 4’s, Taxation Firms, Consulting firms providing Taxation and assurance services to end clients.
Candidates must be willing to work in assigned Time zones pertaining to US- CST, MST, EST,
If possible having worked on Ultratax, Drake or similar tax softwares for preparing 1040s, 1120s tax returns.

Qualifications

BCOM, CA Inter or CMA Inter or bachelor’s with accounting background
