We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of basic accounting principles and be willing to learn and develop their skills in a professional environment.
M.Com candidates will be preferred. Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Accounts can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, vouchers and payment documents.
Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Assist with vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Support the team in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.
Assist in preparing MIS and other finance-related reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist senior team members during monthly and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, invoices and payment-related matters.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
