Key Responsibilities
Design and conceptualize mechanical components for liquid processing and packaging machinery (e.g., vial washers, filling lines, cappers).
Create precise 3D CAD models, detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, and complete Bill of Materials (BOM) for production.
Customize standard machine designs for turnkey projects and specific client floor layouts.
Ensure all designs strictly comply with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CE standards.
Collaborate with R&D; and manufacturing teams to optimize machine performance, reduce costs, and resolve shop-floor assembly issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years as a Design Engineer in packaging machinery,
pharmaceutical equipment, or Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
Software: High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of kinematics, pneumatics, and sheet metal design.
Materials: Familiarity with stainless steel grades (SS 304/316L) used in sanitary and pharma settings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
