About the Role:
The candidate will launch and scale Repro’s presence on Amazon US (and other US
marketplaces) from the ground up and will be responsible for turning a large catalogue of book titles into a profitable, growing business through marketplace distribution of books.

Key Responsibilities:
• Launch Management: Take ownership of listing setup for ~50K titles; address suppressed or
delisted titles and coordinate with printing partner Sheridan to activate titles promptly.
• P&L; & Growth: Set and deliver revenue targets for the US business, monitoring costs, advertising
spend and inventory to maintain healthy contribution margins.
• Marketplace Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for US marketplace teams; build
relationships and navigate account related operational activities and challenges.
• Operational Oversight: Partner with the operations teams / partners to ensure timely production,




shipping and last-mile delivery via carriers like UPS/FedEx; resolve logistics exceptions and
delays.
• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing head to run search and display
campaigns, optimise ACOS/TACOS/ROAS, and improve discoverability.
• Data & Reporting: Track sales, buy-box status, pricing, and feedback; prepare dashboards and
actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:
• 5–7 years in marketplace management, with hands-on experience launching products on Amazon
US or other major platforms.
• Familiarity with US fulfilment models (FBA etc) and partner programmes.
• Robust project management and communication skills; ability to work across time zones.
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools like Seller Central, Excel and BI platforms
