At this time, we are looking for a well-spoken, Mandarin bilingual Business Language Interpreter who will be embedded at the Whitefield office in Bengaluru, India to engage in client support matters involving email, messaging, phone calls with primarily Mandarin speaking customers.

Capacity: Up to 40 hours per weekn
Location: Phase I, Ashraya Layout, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnatakan

Pay rate: $15 USD per hourn

Mandarin (conversational to native fluency); English (skilled proficiency)n

Spoken business communications in Mandarin with client teams;n
Email and Slack interpretation and response in Mandarin;n
Real time interpretation and translation of Mandarin documentation; andn
In-office communications in Englishn

Language(s): Mandarin reading, writing and spoken skills to respond to customer support related issues that may involve phone calls, email, Slack, etc.n
Education: Bachelor's degreen
Experience: Prior customer-facing experiencen
