NAs a Sales Executive Lead- Quota Carrier, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you'll drive some of the most exciting recent technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
NWhat you will be doing:

Sell products andservices, establishing new account relationships. N
Build and maintain a network of prospects. N
Reach out to potential customers to promote targeted FIS offerings. N
Collaborate with a sales team to engage key accounts. N
Manage leads and prospects effectively. N
Understand and contribute to the RED sales process, working closely with internal teams. N
Demonstrate expertise in FIS solutions, markets, and competition. N
Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights for maintaining a competitive edge. N




Create and deliver proposals using FIS resources. N
Close deals that align with customer needs and FIS capabilities. N
Achieve sales targets. N
Engage with CFOs, COOs,and CTOs/CTIOs. N

nWhat you will need:

12+ years of sales and Cards/Banking/Payments industry experience, with at least 5 years in an MNC. N
Extensive experience inclient-focused roles. N
Proficiency in negotiating contracts within the Banking/Payments Industry. N
Familiarity with MatrixOrganizations. N
Ability to independently solve complex problems. N
Robust background in Software and Solution Sales. N
Hands-on experience managing RFP/RFQ processes. N
Knowledge of financial/payment solutions technology. N
Executive connections in the banking and financial sector. N
Proven sales track record and industry involvement. N
Skill in building effective relationships at all levels. N
