NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a highly driven and hands-on Senior Social Media Manager who can build and scale Me n Moms' social media presence and take the brand to the next level.
NThe ideal candidate should have robust D2C experience and a proven track record of taking a brand from 0→1 and scaling its social media presence through content, creators, campaigns and community building.
NThis is a growth-orientedrole, not just a content-management role. The candidate will be responsible for building the social media strategy, creating a solid content engine, driving organic growth and making Me n Moms a highly visible and engaging brand in the parenting & baby-care space.

Develop and execute theoverall Social Media Strategy for Me n Moms across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. N




Build the brand's social media presence from 0→1 and scale it significantly in terms of reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility. N
Create a strong contentstrategy and content calendar aligned with brand objectives and business goals. N
Drive Instagram/Reels growth, including identifying trends, viral formats, content hooks and storytelling prospects. N
Develop social-first campaigns that generate high reach, engagement and brand awareness. N
Lead Influencer Marketing, Creator Collaborations and UGC initiatives. N
Build a continuous pipeline of creators and develop long-term creator relationships. N
Identify opportunities to make the brand relevant, relatable and culturally/socially current. N
Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce and Business teams to align social media with overall business objectives. N
