nRole Summary: As a Product Engineer, the role encompasses product design and development activities for Recent Product Development, and projects such as Value Engineering and Quality & Reliability. The Product Engineer will be accountable for Quality of Outcomes, Execution schedule, and Cost management – Q/D/C's.
nResponsibilities and Deliverables:

Project Planning and Execution:



Able to support execution of deliverables per mutually agreed project plan to meet Q / D / C milestones.n
Product Development: Execute and support product development activities and collaborate with peer teams for – Concept generation, Design & Development, Planning, Prototype Build, Testing and Manufacturingn
Phase gate Product Development Process: Able to execute product development Process – conduct Design reviews, carry on design verification testing, Pre- and Post-Production activities. Able to coordinate and organize the work assigned with minimal supervision or support.n
Critical Thinking: Able to solve medium to complex technical problems in a structured thinking approach in collaboration with SME's – Valuable understanding and exposure to engineering problem-solving tools. Hands-on exposure to Root cause analysis, Product Teardowns, and Idea generation sessionsn
Decision Making: Able to support data-driven approach for driving key engineering decisions.n
