Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Contract Administration Executive to support end-to-end contract administration activities across global and local procurement operations. The role involves managing the complete contract lifecycle, including contract review support, negotiation coordination, contract execution, signature management, archival, and SAP contract administration.

The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, knowledge of procurement processes, and hands-on experience with SAP procurement modules and contract lifecycle management tools.

Main Accountabilities

Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management
Support end-to-end contract administration activities from contract request through execution and archival.
Review procurement contracts for completeness, accuracy, required approvals, and compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Legal,



Vendors, and Business stakeholders during contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution stages.
Track contract versions, amendments, renewals, expirations, and key milestones.
Manage contract execution through electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
Maintain centralized contract repositories and ensure accurate contract archival and retrieval.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance requirements, and procurement policies.

SAP Contract Management
Create, maintain, and amend procurement contracts within SAP.
Perform contract-related transactions including:
ME31K – Create Contract
ME32K – Change Contract
ME33K – Display Contract
ME21N – Create Purchase Order
ME22N – Change Purchase Order
ME23N – Display Purchase Order
Ensure timely and accurate SAP master data and contract information updates.
Support contract amendment processin
