Job Purpose:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate answer scripts for UPSC Mains as per the prescribed marking scheme.
Review answers for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to question demands.
Maintain uniformity and objectivity across all scripts.
Achieve evaluation quality and productivity benchmarks within specified timelines.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Accuracy in Evaluation - Assess scripts precisely in line with the marking scheme.
Timeliness - Complete assigned evaluations on schedule.
Compliance - Adhere to SOPs, training guidelines, and evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Cleared UPSC Mains CSE or appeared in the interview stage (English Medium).
Preferred Qualification:
Not applicable.
Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of answer script evaluation experience.
Relevant Experience: Experience as an evaluator or reviewer preferred.
