Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right riding gear based on their requirements.
Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Promote complementary products through effective cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains clean and well-organized.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations.
Assist in executing store promotions, events, and rider engagement activities.
