nWe are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Associate / Business Development Associate (Individual Contributor) to join our Bangalore team.
nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is comfortable with cold calling, takes ownership of targets, and wants their career growth to be directly linked to performance.
nKey Responsibilities
nGenerate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales channels.
nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
nConduct project presentations and coordinate site visits.
nFollow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.
nMaintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely CRM updates.
nTake complete ownership of individual sales targets and revenue numbers.
nBuild robust customer relationships and drive successful closures.
nPerformance & Growth
nQuarterly performance-based growth.
n3 sales → 10% hike
n6 sales → 20% hike
nPerformance is reviewed every quarter.
nIncentive Structure




nUp to 5× salary cost → 5% incentive
nBeyond 5× salary cost → 40% incentive
nCandidate Requirements
nExperience in real estate sales, direct sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
nComfortable with cold calling and target-driven sales.
nStrong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
nWillingness to work in a high-pressure, performance-oriented workplace.
nCandidates who are highly numbers-driven and growth-oriented are encouraged to apply.
nCompensation / Eligibility
nCurrent CTC: ₹3.5–6 LPA
nMaximum 10% hike on the last drawn CTC at the time of joining.
