Xometry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence &
Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and
analytically driven, with the capacity to work both independently and
collaboratively in a quick-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a
qualified who can build reporting infrastructure, uncover data-driven
insights, and optimize financial processes to support the overall financial
health of the organization.

How You'll Contribute
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track
Accounts Receivable and broader financial performance metrics
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, pinpoint process failures, and




recommend data-backed improvements
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams to surface
insights that help resolve complex billing issues and disputes
Conduct root-cause analysis using data to determine the underlying drivers of
recurring issues and disputes
Develop and implement data models, automated reports, and process
improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure data
accuracy and integrity
Generate and present regular reports and visualizations on project status,
dispute trends, aging, and resolution status for management review
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, definitions, reporting
logic, and analytical methodologies
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies, accounting
standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share insights, best
practices, and knowledge tha
