Under the direction of the Supervisor, APAC Countries Payroll,
the Payroll Analyst will have the relevant experience and a strong interest in
supporting the CPT APAC payroll process, with the primary focus on South Korea,
followed by Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). The incumbent will possess the
knowledge and experience to process accurate payroll, tax calculations,
compliance and provide customer service to all employees. Knowledge of ADP,
Workday system and Service Now ticketing system is an added advantage.
This position interacts with various levels of personnel both inside and outside
the company. That interaction requires good interpersonal skills and judgement,
tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting
problems and communicating status. Efficiency in this role requires a thorough
solid understanding of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and
procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position.

Essential Functions:
Experience in handling APAC payroll, particularly for South Korea, Australia,
and New Zealand (ANZ), in a time-critical and fast-paced workplace.
Demonstrated experience with payroll processes, compliance regulations and
country schemes
Responds to case management activity levels to ensure SLA’s are being met
Point of contact for employees in APAC and country Field HR team for payroll
and tax related queries
