Should have worked in the solar industry for minimum 5 years.
Must possess high logical thinking ability.
Must be a team leader and capable to lead the team.
Valuable people skills to manage both ends of work. i.e., Customers and Dealers.
Should have collaborative & adaptable style of working.
Robust risk management, Compliance & Governance skills.
Independent decision-making ability within defined policy framework.
Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
