We are looking for a highly experienced Vice President – Business Development to take complete ownership of business expansion across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

This is a critical and urgent leadership position for an accomplished business leader with the ability to build markets, develop strategic partnerships, lead large sales teams and deliver substantial revenue growth.

Position Overview

The Vice President – Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing HyreSpot's South India business growth strategy.

The role will have significant responsibility for:
Revenue growth
Channel Partner acquisition
Market expansion




Sales team leadership
Strategic partnerships
Territory development
Business performance
Partner productivity

The successful candidate must be a hands-on business leader capable of converting strategy into measurable commercial results.

This position is particularly suited to a senior qualified who has spent significant time managing large territories, multi-state operations, channel networks, franchise networks or B2B business development functions.

Key Responsibilities
South India Business Development
Take overall responsibility for HyreSpot's business development across the five South Indian states.
Develop and execute state-wise and territory-wise growth strategies.
Identify high-potential cities, districts and emerging markets.
Establish revenue targets and business plans for each territory.
Build a sustainable business pipeline for long-term growth.
