Qualifications
Mandatory: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution
Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration (State/National)
Required Experience:- Freshers: Strong theoretical knowledge and willingness to learn under supervision
Experienced Nurses: Proven track record in patient care, hospital/home care settings

Essential Skills
Clinical Skills:
Monitoring vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration)

Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
Knowledge of infection control practices
Technical Skills:
Handling medical equipment (glucometer, nebulizer, oxygen cylinder, BP apparatus, Ventilaltor Nursing care )
Documentation of patient records and care plans
Communication Skills:
Clear and respectful communication with patients and families
Ability to explain medical instructions in simple terms
Coordination with doctors and healthcare teams
Compulsory Basics (for ALL applicants)
Knowledge of basic nursing procedures (injections, IV cannula, catheter care, feeding tubes, Ventilaltor Nursing care )
Understanding of patient safety protocols
Ability to provide emotional support alongside clinical care
Skilled etiquette: punctuality, neat appearance, polite behavior
Basic computer/mobile skills for reporting and documentation
