We are looking for a proactive and technically robust
Support Engineer
to provide production and application support for up-to-date cloud-native applications built on
ReactJS, FastAPI/Django, and Azure services
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support across frontend, backend, APIs, search, and cloud infrastructure components.
This role requires solid analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high application availability, performance, and reliability.
