Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for generating current business for aegis Protection Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Maharashtra. The Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation till contract signing.

Responsibilities:
Lead generation (cold calling, emailing, networking, approaching in field)
Meeting clients and presenting company profile & services.
Following up & networking
Negotiation and contract signing.
Documentation.

Required Candidate Qualifications:
5+ years Field sales experience for a B2B security services or facility management company.
Verbal and Written Fluency in Marathi, Hindi & English.
Ability to write emails and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
High energy & enthusiasm to meet targets.




Excellent verbal communication and selling ability.
Experience networking and building relations.
Minimum Graduate (any) (non-graduates with 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years Sales experience in Pune, Maharashtra.
