Role & Resposibilities
Drive Agriculture implement sales in assigned territory.
Develop, expand, and manage dealer & distributor network.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure market growth.
Strengthen customer relationships and resolve dealer/customer queries.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to support business growth.
Support in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid dealer & distributor management skills
Valuable communication, negotiation & relationship management abilities
Graduate (B.Tech - Mechanical / Agri /Diploma - Mechanical/ Agri )
Experience in the Tractor, Farm Equipment, Automobile, Agricultural Machinery will be preferred
