Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM-based architectural design, modeling, documentation, and coordination for multiple projects.
Develop and implement BEP, BIM standards, workflows, LOD/LOI, and project protocols.
Preparation of BIM LOD Models as per drawings and managing team of BIM Architects & Engg. For preparing models & coordination with drawings, checking clash coordination.
Estimating quantities from the BIM models for Arch / Structure / Finishing / MEP.
Extract quantities for Architectural, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works from BIM models.
Review drawings, models, families, sheets, schedules, and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on BIM requirements.

Required Technical Skills




Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and valuable knowledge of Navisworks.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural documentation software.
Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, LOD/LOI, BEP, and BIM standards.
Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and quantity extraction.
Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and building construction.
Solid leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
