Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Orientation Faculty to conduct engaging orientation sessions for students and help them understand academic programs, career opportunities, institutional guidelines, and available learning resources.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct orientation and induction sessions for recent students.
Introduce students to courses, programs, academic structure, and career prospects.
Deliver engaging presentations and interactive sessions.
Motivate and guide students during their initial learning journey.
Address student queries and provide appropriate guidance.
Coordinate with academic, counselling, and management teams.
Organize workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
Collect student feedback and prepare session reports.
Support student engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Confident personality with a professional approach.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle groups and large audiences effectively.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
Prior experience in teaching, training, counselling, student engagement, or education/EdTech will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Energetic, approachable, and student-friendly.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
Passionate about education and student development.
Willing to travel for orientation programs when required.
