Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer – Node.js with 3+ years of skilled experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and REST APIs. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, databases, API development, and server-side application development, along with practical experience in AWS or Linux production settings.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Implement business logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Develop reusable and maintainable backend services.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Implement payment gateways, webhooks, email, SMS, and notification services.
Develop background jobs, scheduled tasks, and queue-based processing.
Implement proper error handling, logging,



and monitoring.
Optimize API performance, database queries, and server-side processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Write unit and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
Deploy and maintain applications in AWS/Linux server environments.
