About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, product-focused UI/UX Designer to design an enterprise-grade CRM and internal business applications. This role requires someone who can independently understand complex requirements, create intuitive user experiences, and deliver high-quality, developer-ready designs within strict timelines.

We are looking for a designer who thinks beyond visual aesthetics and understands product logic, user behavior, workflows, scalability, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert PRDs and business requirements into transparent user flows and experiences.

• Design complex enterprise SaaS/CRM interfaces.

• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Design dashboards, tables, forms, filters, search, reports and data-heavy interfaces.

• Handle complex workflows, multiple user roles and permission-based experiences.

• Create and maintain a scalable design system.





• Ensure consistency across the entire product.

• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile.

• Define all necessary UI states including loading, empty, error, success and validation states.

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA and business stakeholders.

• Provide accurate developer handoff with components, specifications and interaction details.

• Review implemented interfaces and identify design inconsistencies.

• Continuously improve UX based on testing, feedback and business requirements.

• Take ownership of design tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
