We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team
Monitor individual and team performance
Oversee sales operations across all branches and counters
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Monitor performance of each branch and sales counter
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assure a high degree of client retention and satisfaction
Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in automobile sales, including 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
Robust understanding of automotive market trends and dealership operations




Automobile industry experience preferred
Robust leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multi-location operations
Target-oriented and result-driven
Excellent communication skills

Location: Nadakkavu.

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives
