About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Controller to join our Finance & Controlling team. In this role, you will support the development of a professional sales controlling function by providing financial analyses, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance qualified with approximately two years of experience who is looking to develop analytical skills and gain exposure to strategic business decision-making.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Management, you will help translate financial data into meaningful insights that drive business performance.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Controlling

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the company's sales controlling function.

• Analyze sales performance by customer, product, region, and sales channel.

• Monitor gross margins, pricing developments, discounts, and product profitability.





• Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales business.

• Support pricing analyses and profitability assessments for new business prospects.

Performance Analysis & KPI Reporting

• Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales and business performance.

• Compare actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year.

• Analyze financial and operational variances and identify the underlying business drivers.

• Prepare variance analyses with transparent explanations and recommendations for management.

• Support the development and automation of KPI reporting and dashboards.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing the annual sales budget in close cooperation with the Sales and Finance teams.

• Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
