About the Role

Dawn Staffing Solutions is looking for MBA freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Dehradun team as Business Development Executives. This is a great opportunity to start your career in international business development and work with clients across the US and Canada.

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand | Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: MBA Freshers | Employment Type: Full time
Shift: Night Shift | US/Canada Market

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients across US and Canadian markets.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities.
Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Maintain lead,



follow-up, and business development reports.
Work towards individual and team business development targets.

Requirements:
MBA freshers Marketing, Sales, HR, or related specialization preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable making client calls.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Willingness to work the night shift to support US/Canadian business hours.
