Product Owner Databricks, Analytics & AI
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the product backlog for Analytics, Data, and AI initiatives.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analytics teams to deliver solutions.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Ensure successful delivery of Databricks, Analytics, Reporting, and AI/ML capabilities.
Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Act as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Monitor product performance and track business value realization.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate progress regularly.

Skills & Experience Required
9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Delivery skilled.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Secure methodologies.
Experience working with Databricks, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI/ML projects.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar technologies.
Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience in Financial Services or Banking domains is an advantage.
SAFe POPM or CSPO certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
