Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage daily production operations to ensure productive use of resources and meet quality standards.
Oversee maintenance of equipment, including blow moulds, to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, tooling, and supply chain management.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
Experience in blow moulding or Automotive / Automobile manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of blow moulding processes, including mould design, material selection, and molding techniques.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
